What is your return policy?
Return & Exchange Policy
At Key & Carat, each piece is carefully selected, made, or customized with you in mind. Because many of our fine jewelry pieces are made-to-order, special order, or customized, all sales are final.
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry
Custom designs, special orders, personalized pieces, resized items, and made-to-order jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
